TSMC plans to begin production with its A14 fabrication process in 2028 and an intermediary A16 chip process in late 2026 — The technology will advance the world's biggest chipmaker beyond its current state-of-the-art 3-nanometer fabrication and the upcoming 2-nm later this year.
