The US SEC Chairman says the agency has ample authority to oversee digital assets as Congress debates if SEC or the CFTC should be the primary crypto regulator  —  The US Securities and Exchange Commission has “ample room to maneuver” in regulating digital assets even without congressional action, Chairman Paul Atkins said Friday.
