Coinbase debuts “pre-launch markets” on its global and advanced exchanges outside the US, UK, and Canada, for positions on tokens before they hit spot exchanges  —  Coinbase International launched pre-launch markets Monday, letting traders take positions on tokens before they are live on a spot exchange.
