Nasdaq fell 2.77% in its worst session since December 2022, with ASML shares down 12.74%, Nvidia down 6.62%, and Meta down 5.68%; TSMC shares on NYSE fell 7.98%  —  The S&P 500 and Nasdaq Composite retreated on Wednesday as the rotation out of high-flying technology shares and into more rate-sensitive names continued.
